- Vendors and buyers must both abide by any applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, consumer protection, and privacy.
- Vendors and buyers may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by MomCooksDaily’s platform.
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and all users of the platform will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
- Buyers must provide accurate and up-to-date delivery addresses and ensure that someone will be available to receive the order at the specified time, if Vendor and Buyer both agree for the food to be delivered. (*Extra charge applies on all deliveries, this charge is agreed to by both Vendor and Buyer, MomCooksDaily has nothing to do with this charge, but must be notified about this charge by both parties.)
- Buyers must inspect their food orders upon delivery and report any quality or quantity issues to the vendor within a reasonable time frame.
- Buyers must use the food products they purchase solely for their own personal consumption, and not for resale or commercial purposes.
